A January Message from the Director

I hope you all are looking forward to the many exciting events and opportunities available for 2024.  States and clubs are building plans to improve their communities and make our world better.  It’s just what Garden Clubbers do. 

I hope most of you will attend our Deep South Garden Clubs Convention in Gatlinburg, TN, this March.  Information for registration is on our website.  The convention committee has worked to make this a memorable event. 

Our Deep South Garden Clubs Directory is now available on the website.  A special thank you to Carol Bullard for compiling our Directory.  Please use this and our website to keep abreast of current events and opportunities.  DSGC chairmen are listed and are available to guide state chairmen with information concerning their state chairmanships.  If your club uses Google Calendar, the Deep South Garden Clubs calendar can join your calendar to ours, so our website calendar becomes one-stop-shopping for events in the Deep South region.

DSGC chairmen are welcome to post messages to this news blog as well.  Please get in touch with me or any other DSGC officer with questions, recommendations, or concerns.  Please continue to “Decorate the Deep South with Floral Accents.”
